Moody

No, not this face?!?!

00-4

Oh man, this morning was rough. The newness/excitement of preschool has already official worn off, I think. He was a total pill this morning. He never wakes up very well in the mornings or from naps - has a very hard time waking up/adjusting (I blame that on Trevor because I LOVE to nap/sleep!). He cried, screamed, threw tantrums. He didn't want to get dressed, didn't want to eat, didn't want daddy to leave to work, didn't want to go to school. Just plain didn't want to do anything.
Anyone else have a child like this? Any tips/suggestions on how to make the mornings run a little smoother??? I won't make it through the school year if every morning is like this!

Your blogs are always so fun and cute. :) My son has also started preschool - our only advice is to stay on a routine. If Sam knows he's going to eat breakfast after one cartoon and after he's gone potty then he has nothing to argue with. :) Good luck though!

OH MAN! We have these kind of mornings also!! UGH! Really starts the day off right doesn't it!?! We get up well over an hour before we have to think about leaving the house giving him time to wake up, watch some of the Disney Channel and then while he is watching whatever show is on we talk about the show and I am slowly getting him dressed and ready to head out the door. A lot of mornings he doesn't even realize that he is almost dressed...But then there are other mornings when I am ready to throw in the towel!!!
UGH!

My daughter is going through this stage(I hope it's just a stage) right now and she isn't in pre-school! I want the old Aubree back!! It is so draining and unfortunately, I don't have ANY suggestions, but if you figure something out, please share. I need all the help I can get right now.
